Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
The item is incorrect (wrong product sent).
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, you must provide valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through our support team.

Returns Not Accepted for Buyer’s Remorse

We do not accept returns based on the following reasons:

Change of mind
No longer needed or wanted
Found a better price elsewhere
Personal preference or dislike of the product without any defect
Minor packaging damage that does not affect product functionality

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Intimate or sanitary goods
Health and personal care items
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In specific situations, partial refunds may be granted:

Items returned with visible signs of use
Opened software, media (CDs, DVDs, games, etc.) unless defective
Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error
Returns requested beyond 30 days of delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company — processing may take time
Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@sheenugamecenter.com and send the item to us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please send it to us.

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost may be deducted.

If returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
