1. 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund.

2. Free Easy Pickup: For your convenience, we offer Free Return Pickup across India. Once your return request is approved, our courier partner will collect the item from your doorstep at no extra cost to you.

3. Condition for Returns (Strictly Enforced):

• Sealed Items Only: To prevent abuse, all Video Games, Software, and Hardware must be returned in their Original, Unopened, and Factory-Sealed packaging.

• Tamper-Evident Seals: If the plastic wrap or manufacturer’s seal is broken, the item is considered “used” and is ineligible for a return/refund.

• Verification: Serial numbers are recorded at the time of shipping and will be verified upon return.

4. Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours for an immediate replacement or full refund.
